If your axles shifted from being located above the equalizers to below your equalizers then it sounds like replacing your bushings, equalizers, and shackle straps will fix the issue. As long as your leaf springs are in good shape you shouldn't need to swap them out either.

I reached out to our team about it and they said our rep told us it was NLA'd (no longer available) back in May of 2021. You might be able to find a replacement but since that was a while ago you'll likely be hard pressed to find this exact wheel.
